Actually they told me to send mail after next statement generation. I will send tomorrow.

I have an Eterna card which was issued last year under the Spend-based FYF offer. Is there any hope for me to convert my existing Eterna to LTF via email? It's fees was charged on 1st Nov statement I already have BoB HPCL Energie which was issued LTF (virtual LTF then ordered Physical card)
