Do banks really giving LTF cards in the basis of c2c?
One of my friend got LTF credit card 3 years ago via DSA. He said that he was charged for annual fees on the 2nd and 3rd year.

Yes bank give LTF card in the basis of C2C. But pre negotiation and current ongoing offer with regard to LTF card is pre necessity condition

Hdfc bank aslo give Ltf credit card on card to card basis
