can confirm for SC - No , tried it couple of times . always got the same response that card is not available as LTF

In SCB with 15lac balance they denied me LTF and issued with charges only
But they said that they can’t issue as ltf but reversal possible due to TRV they get some approval

For SC the answer is NO. For Yes Bank it is possible with their Bank Bazaar Co branded Finbooster Card (for all).

Yes. Finbooster card is eligible for all YES bank offers as of now.

Can’t comment on the situation right now. But I have LTF card from both the banks without any relationship.

Yes Bank was offering LTF cards, but now they've stopped issuing but they may consider if you request them for LTF conversion. Though all the cards comes with their own FYF condition. It's wise to get the card then request as the charge will be levied only post 3 billing cycle if the FYF condition hasn't met.
For SCB, no they don't. But if you hold Ultimate card, they may consider cards like Smart / Digi Smart's LTF conversion, otherwise no. It's a hit or miss
