LTF IndusInd Legend re-consideration of application after online auto rejection

My IndusInd online application was rejected for last 3 months. I emailed IndusInd and asked for reconsideration.
Today I received call from Regional office, Pune (I stay in Mumbai) and mentioned that they will process my application in offline mode.
They emailed me from official email ID that card will be LTF and wanted Aadhaar, PAN, photo, {Salary slip, Bank statement} OR {Credit card photo and Credit card statement}
I've emailed them all of those for me, mom and dad. He has processed and provided me with application status.
He said he will update by Monday evening regarding the status. It completely depends on CIBIL is what he mentioned.

He did mention about higher variant being available but needs certain level of approval, since I don't have any accounts in IndusInd, his manager won't approve the request.
But after 3 months, I can approach him for an upgrade.

I hope the card gets approved

Also, the Brochure says that there are lounge access but couldn't understand why Reward, Travel, Entertainment were written separately.
Can anyone please confirm if we get 8 domestic and 8 international lounge access in this card?

Can you share Indusind bank email id, where you sent your email? I had sent one similar mail, but did not get any response for the last 10-12 days
 
I actually emailed to head.cardservices@indusind.com and then they looped in premium.care@indusind.com.
Also "We see that you have not touch based with any of our service channels before writing to our escalation team. Hence, your email is being responded by our Premium Care team. For future reference, we request you to first connect with our Phone Banking Unit or write to us at Premium.care@indusind.com for correct and faster resolution”.

After that I emailed Premium care and did follow up twice after every 2 days, today I received a call from Regional office, he sent his ID, emailed from official ID to prove himself and then proceeded with the application.

Only issue in the application was that the pin code was entered of a non serviceable area.
