LTF offer on HDFC Tata Neu credit Card

Today, I received a notification from Tata neu app displaying Lifetime Free offer on Tata neu credit card but after opening Apply now page it is showing ₹499 renewal fee on Plus variant and ₹1499 renewal fee on Infinity variant.
I have attached the screenshots of both scenarios.
Now, if I apply this card it will be lifetime free or not??
I'm confused!! Please enlighten me.

Yes, I got this notification today too and then in the app it was only showing FYF.
