I am having Axis privelege card with 2.75 Lakhs limit now, currently there is an upgrade offer to Select credit card with joining fee & Annual fee of 3k + gst. How to negotiate to grab Select card with LTF or FYF? Any tips...

Even If I pay to upgrade to Select, what additional benefit I am getting and are they useful for my day-to-day or monthly use?
