LTF upgrade based on NRV?

I have a NRV of 15L with ICICI bank and my account was opened 1 year ago.
I have a coral LTF card (pre approved, 6 months old)
Do you think If I ask ICICI to upgrade it to Rubyx/sapphiro LTF, will they upgrade it?
