Does anyone know if the 40x points in grabdeals is based on base value of order or full amount. I thought it was on full transaction amount but apparently not according the PNO. Got below reply from them. Total order value was 2298 but they considered 1946 which is the base amount (- tax)

"As per your concern, we would like to inform you that the edge reward points related concern request for the card ending with xxxx The base value for the order was Rs.1946, and according to the Terms and conditions, points are processed on the base value, that's why we processed 4320 points. The eligible points have been credited to you."

Lol ye kabka order hai😂? M&S 40x was closed in April itself.

As per terms, all grab deals bonus points are calculated on pre-tax amount provided by merchant. But merchants like M&S and Jockey used to provide post-tax amounts. Amazon and Flipkart used to provide pre-tax amount. And Axis simply use the number provided by merchant.

I guess in your case, transaction didn't get recorded and u shared invoice to them and they manually credited based on pre tax amount.

April order 😂 They didn't credit it automatically, so raised a complaint. Had to share invoice as they said it did not record automatically even though I got transaction recorded message in April itself🤦

I didn't see pre-tax amount in terms, always assumed it was full amount 😬
