Axis Magnus M4B points stuck

While trying to transfer points from my M4B card, I see that my Magnus Burgundy points are 83 and all my points are accumulated in Edge rewards. Earlier, there was some 30k points or something in Burgundy pool and whenever I initiated a transfer from that pool, it'll get replenished from the edge rewards pool. Now, it's not happening and I'm even getting an option to transfer any ER points. Does anyone know how to overcome this?

@narun2001 write a mail to premium care with these details and ask for manual transfer of M4B points as the system is not letting you transfer (+ can add a line on how frustrating this system is):


Customer ID - (Axis bank's CID)
Partner Name -
Partner ID -
Points to be transferred -
First name as per the partner program -
Last name as per the partner program –
Date of Transfer request initiated-


They will trigger manual transfer which can take like 10-15 days, but it will be done.

Thanks a lot! I've already requested for this over a call. Wasn't sure whether it would get processed or not. Wanted to know if there is any easier way.

That's the easier way with trails. get it over mail.

if you try yourself, you may get a condition where M4B bucket gets less than 300, and then further tranfers wont even execute.

+1 to this. I had the same problem, and I tried a bunch of stuff. Manually e-mailing them and then following up like a madman was the only thing that worked.
