Magnus airport concierge service

Hi Team,

I have booked airport concierge service 5 days ago...I still haven't received any confirmation from axis or the concierge service team or anyone for this booking. Have to travel with next 24 hrs....any ideas what I should do apart from not expecting the service at the airport...called axis cc... they're telling vendor hasn't confirmed from last 2 days.

Call them! When this happened to me in October, I never received a confirmation of the service. I called them 2 days before the departure and shockingly they said they have no record of me making the booking on their extraordinary weekends website. They took down the request manually and I got the details of the meet and greet executive sent to me just 3 hours before departure.

I'm calling them from last 2 days...standard reply...pls give us some time since vendor hasn't confirmed....will again call 2-3 hrs b4 to see what's the status

Used meet & greet Delhi t3 domestic yesterday. they waited at curb Uber drop off point with board Plus Porter. Entry via VIP entrance. Checkin business counter. Security check via business so only 2 ppl in line. Left me at lounge. Then in buggy to gate and priority boarding Into plane. If u have business ticket then other than buggy & Porter all can be done without meet greet.
