Magnus Application issue with vkyc

Hi, I'm applying for Axis Magnus. I've completed the aadhar authentication in person, and have received a link for vkyc.
After validating the application number I get the button for vkyc, but its not working.
I've tried this on multiple browsers and OS. Any one else faced this issue, and any suggested resolution for this?

If you havent already, do also enable browser permissions for camera, mic, pop up windows.
