Magnus card

I am not able to do online transaction using axis magnus card,I am getting error that your contact details are not available with bank for online transaction ,Can anybody suggest what to do

Had the same issue? Is your card new?
I just disabled online transaction from axis app and re-enabled it...it worked.

This is an issue with the card network not the bank. Should get resolved automatically in a bit.

Facing this issue on old card on cred app only, problem must be with cred
