Magnus Monthly milestone: refund calculations

I had an charge of 20,000 in Feb. for a hotel booking.
However, I had to cancel it and the refund will be processed in March.

Now, how will this impact the monthly total calculations. I had about 1.1 lac spend in Feb. Will this reduce my Feb spends to 90k or will this reduce my March spends.
