Magnus Rewards Credit Time

Hi folks, a newbie here. I got the Magnus cc in April, purchased a few Yatra vouchers from gyftr on 13th May. Bill generated on 19th May. I don’t see a single reward point yet. I dropped an email to axis and they said it takes 12 business days to reflect. Is it true or just a standard response? Asking because I also have a flipkart cc and I’m not sure if my magnus is linked to edgerewards as I saw a few threads here. Is there anyway to confirm that all is okay? I am very close to reach 1 lac milestone in May so kinda anxious 😂

Its highly irregular, you will get 1x points hopefully within 15 days but the bonus points (5x/3x/10x) and milestone points after 90-120 days.

yeah i know about the bonus/milestone points take 3-4 months but i thought regular points would start coming after the transaction is posted but i was wrong, then i thought after bill generation i should get, i was wrong again 😀 i guess AMEX has set a different bar in terms of time taken to credit reward points. I'll wait and see if my points appear in 12 business days from transaction date and if not, I'll ping AXIS people again

Amex is pretty much immediate, 3-4 days. Even reward multipliers from gyfter are within 3-4 days. Axis is a different beast 😂

Before I got the Axis cards (Magnus and Vistara Infinite), AMEX cards were my daily go to cards (Plat Reserve, Gold Charge and MRCC). Now that I am using the Axis cards for the points, I realise how frustrating it is, coming from the AMEX experience. Sometimes it feels whether it is even worth it to stress over whether the points are being or will be credited or not. AMEX has a completely different standard altogether - customer service, processes - everything. Wish they could match the reward system then would have had no need to move to any other card.

mine few transactions base rewards got ommiting since 40 days.. dont know how keep track.... every 4th-5th transactions base rewards are missing since i got the card (2 months) .

How much time it usually takes to credit the excess ER for transactions above 1.5 lacs in a month? I have made the transactions in March so I was hoping to get the points by today.
