Majority data in credit report disappeared after refreshing

I am surprised to see relatively new data have disappeared from my CIBIL report.

I have 1 home loan and 13 credit cards. However, currently my report contains only the first credit account, which is the credit card I got in 2005. All other accounts, payment history, enquiries all are missing from the refreshed report.

The got the same report in two different apps refreshed at one week interval. Any clue on what is happening?

Don't trust the apps. They may not show the full data. There may be some bugs too. So, don't worry.

Check with the official site. Better to buy the subscription, if you are concerned about the scores.

Btw, which app swallowed part of your data?

The incomplete data is shown in GPay as well as Freecharge

Yes. I received a Kotak card three months before. My gender is wrongly reported but it has been for long time

I had this issue a year ago, they missed PAN card as identifier and so it lost recent credit history and become No History. I fought with CIBIL and corrected it.

You need a valid report with document control number from it. With that, you can raise a complaint in their website. It is a very slow and painful process. I followed up in Twitter.

refreshed my cibil score and my old history disappeared and score dropped. Is this an on going issue
