Hi,

I purchased a few MMT Hotel vouchers but I am unable to apply the same while booking. It shows that it failed to apply due to some technical failure. Has anyone ever faced this? Is there a work around? Mmt support is useless.

I have not been using any coupon code and nor am I trying more than 3 vouchers so unsure why is it happening.

You can use upto 3 vouchers only.

Yep added all first, they are not same denomination but even 1 voucher is not applying so that shouldn't be the issue

Try the same using their web portal and not app. Sometimes app has some glitches

Denomination is not an issue , you can apply 3 vouchers of any denomination

Don’t apply any coupon code or discount code. Not allowed if you want to use voucher. I used 3 vouchers of different denominations 2 days back only on the website. Also just chk whether you have bought mmt hotel vouchers only, there are mmt holiday vouchers also..

Sometimes discount is auto-applied.. so you have to remove the coupon code manually before proceeding

Yeah have tried all things, now complaint is going on with both gyftr and mmt, hopefully someone is able to solve it

Update: They worked after they did something on the back end, took 1.5 days

Can we apply coupon code also for extra discount and then pay using mmt hotel gift card?

Or we can use anyone coupon or gift card?

Discount coupon cannot be applied with MMT Gift Card

We cant not use normal coupon code like - "LOVELADAKH" with MMT hotel gift card
if any one have mmt hotel gift card, can verify this by booking Ladakh hotel, thanks in advance

First try adding to 'My gift cards'.
Then while booking dont add any coupon code. Then during your final payment, your coupons will be seen as a payment option.
Have tired that?
