Maldives Trip Planning

I am planning to visit Maldives in April. I will book my stay through revenue and not through any loyalty points. My budget is around 2 lakh except flight tickets. Any suggestions for resorts/hotels with all inclusive offers for a stay of 4 nights.

Reach out to FORA advisors / agents on this forum (search FORA and you will find many). Agents usually have better deals for Maldives all inclusive packages. Searching on your own may not give cost efficient options.

Flight from Male to Islands are expensive. do check that before u decide anything and some resorts include these in the cost or give free while booking with them directly.

April is actually the one month of peak season. So prices will be inflated. Just check it out.

Maldives peak season is December and January. That has highest prices. Then comes November, October, Februrary, and March.
Basis what I know April is not peak season. Starting April, it starts to fade since the heat increased.

As per the seasonal data and resorts they have Dry and Wet seasons.

You can even research on Google. Till April the prices and demand would be the same, later on Wet season (Monsoons) will be considered.

I visited very recently and was planning last year as well. Took quotes from multiple sources across multiple resorts for Feb and April. April was always cheaper than Feb.

But yeah, you are right about the Monsoons, post April. Post April, the demand deep drives till September.

Overall Maldives is highly inflated. I have been tracking it for more than a year. Also after the India-Maldives issue the price is high if you check from india. Try using VPN and check you will find the difference in price

Check out Cred, they offer good Maldives packages at a rate which even agents cant match. Also would suggest to book for all inclusive(if you drink alcohol) or full board packages only.
