Max. Duration to solve complaint by RBI OMBUDSMAN?

I registered a complain against UBI on 28/AUG at Ombudsman but till date no response either from bank or from ombudsman?

This is the first time it is taking so much time?

Any solution?

no defined timeline but its inprogress. 3 of my complaints are more than 9 months old, occasionally bank update service tickets, so that I'm aware my complaint still in progress.

But, no timeline actually. be patience, don't worry much, they'll take care.

and ur dealing ubi. they'll respond same speed as they respond to you, it takes time.
