SBI Card MEMO DB in SBICARD transaction

See screenshot of SBI card transaction which is unsettled. Do any one know what does it mean ? What is MEMO DB showing before merchant name ?

I am not sure but I've seen this when I made Govt payments through cc

I made a purchase on Amazon on 24th Oct through my SBI CB card and later cancelled it for some reason...
the amount was refunded after couple of days but the same purchase amount is still showing as MEMO DB under unsettled transactions even after 3 days....
since my limit is less, this amount is now blocked and SBI has closed the dispute request too...
don't know what to do now

When you say the amount got refunded which means the refund should have released the blocked amount.

Yeah even I thought so, but there is another entry in unsettled transactions with same date and merchant...

I Hope its not a permanent blockage and neither a card account cancellation!

U should have waited a while , it happened with me once .
The txn in unsettled one disappeared or got revoked after 4 days i.e at 5th day morning my CL was replenished.
