Merging two separate limits

I have two kotak credit cards with separate limits of 2 lakh each. My questions are

1. Anyone successful merging two separate limits to have one combined limit (In my case 4 lakhs) ?
When I sent them email regarding this, they denied.

2. If I cancel second card, will they allow to first transfer it's limit to 1st card?

You get separate limit on Kotak cards. You can't transfer the limit like SBI/AMEX

Thanks for the reply.
I sent another email to countryhead and I got positive response 4 days ago.
But still separate limits are shown in app.
Do you think they will combine the limits or it's just generic response?
