Microsoft 365 on Amazon Pay with 1.5k cash back.
Google one, no idea. I am trying to de-google myself so haven't explored.

Btw if you need only the cloud storage in Google One, you can get that with Microsoft 365 Family. Each account is entitled to 1TB of storage and the cost is included in the subscription. Nothing else is worth in google one plan.

but my daughter's win laptop needs onedrive for TOTAL PC's auto win back up

vs

my wife's android needs google one for TOTAL PHONE's auto android back up (more likely google photos actually)

hence to avoid hassle i am bound to pay Msft & Ggle to get AUTOMATIC back up on each device

btw google is offering 700 for 100gb/yr & 1150 for 200gb/yr on phone itself without coupon; though cud be due to non existing user

Thats a good offer. I'm paying 1300 for 100gb/year.

Btw you can install one drive on android to take backup of android on it as well for using Microsoft 365's 1 TB storage..

just as MS has restricted widows Files/Folders AUTO SYSTEM backup to one drive

Google has knowing fully restricted AUTO SYSTEM>Backup to Google One

BUT we are forced purely for ease of access & convenience : in case of worst case scenario
simply log in microsoft account/1drive & ur new win device is ready
similarly log in to google account/google1 & ur new android device is ready

Defintely expecting penalty by EU Commission in future against both tech gaints, until then I am forced to pay
