Mis-sold DC Privilege instead of Regalia Gold

Hi all,
Need help! I had gotten a call from a lady who claimed to be a HDFC representative. She started talking about all credit cards I am eligible for. Bit of context, I had opened an savings account in HDFC around 4 months and was eyeing on Regalia Gold because I came within the eligibility criteria.
Anyways, I asked her that if I can get Regalia Gold LTF. She says yes and tells me she can also send the proof on Whatsapp. It seemed bit legit to me at that time. She then proceeds to apply card on my behalf. Everything gets done within 10 mins. I then asks her confirmation on Whatsapp to which she says "wait". I had doubts whether she has done something shady.
After 2 days I get this mail with an acknowledgement receipt for DC Privilege instead of Regalia Gold. I was furious and called her immediately but obviously she didn't pick up. I have raised complain in HDFC CC portal. They are saying they had gotten my consent regarding the card. But I have escalated it anyways and am waiting for their reply.

Is there anything else I can do? Also, I have not yet activated the card and am not planning to do so.

This mis-selling is quite common across all credit card providers. You have to be alert.
