On 23SEP I saw that 2 METRONAUT Shirts were available in flipkart for 202 Rs. I bought it immediately. Today 28SEP, It was delivered but I found that only one product is given. And that product is also from a different company called " PRINT CULTR". I called customer care and I was informed that if I exchange it , I have to pay a fee. I was surprised as it wasn't my fault. Then she asked me to upload the product and then confirmed that I will get full refund after they pick it up.
So basically they are just advertising product on a very discounted price to attract customers and then delivering them a wrong product and then refunding the price. All of these are just waste of time and mental energy
. It need to be stopped.
One fun fact:
In the Order Page I am seeing no mention of two tshirts (METRONAUT Solid Men Round Neck Polyester Black, Grey T-Shirt). But when I am clicking it It is taking me to the product page but there the mention of two tshirts is visible (METRONAUT Pack of 2 Solid Men Round Neck Polyester Black, Grey T-Shirt). In Both the cases picture of two shirts is present.
What kind of unethical business is this? I am getting total refund but I want to know what more I can do? Should I compain to the Consumer Forum? Is it worth it? I know the price is low but I am thinking something should be done against flipkart.
