Mismatch in Axis atlas spend as per app vs customercare : Cant book 2 airport trf

How to book 2 free airport transfer as platinum tier in atlas card? As per mobile app i am still showing as gold tier with 14 lac spend, while customercare on call and email has said that my spend is 15.5 lacs

When i try to book via extraordinaryweekend site, it says bin invalid?

Axis might have cooling period to update their systems 😅
