Missed claiming hdfc spend based voucher

I don't check messages as there are lot of spam & phishing links in texts everyday. I deoebd on email communication from bank which I check twice every week diligently.
Today I decided to check inbox as I hadn't received voucher for my spend based offer in mail & found this voucher which expired on 15 Nov 24.

I raised a reissuance request to RM & hdfc cares on x but they replied saying voucher expired can't be reissued


Can anything be done as bank should've sent voucher on registered email & all banks sent vouchers on email including hdfc even this year. They sosm my inbox with instant vouchers & spend based voucher offers but can't send it once I achieve spends?

Feel like closing my credit card & bank account at this casual behaviour

Did you check your promotions tab in gmail? These emails would land over there sometimes.

My rediff mail has only inbox junk & bulk & yes I check twice every week. It came on 30 sep exactly 3 months after spending based offer & expired 15 Nov 24

For my wife card, they didn't gave voucher for april to june...she followed up 15 times...now given up and stopped using the card

Followed up 15 times on call I guess. Did she escalate to grievance redressal email?

HDFC bank informed to escalate to regalia gold support desk and she followed up with them...It's a sheer waste of time to follow up for 1500 Rs vouchers....Reward ratio was better with vouchers but without vouchers, regalia gold is not gold but coal.....Best solution is to stop using the card....

Yup they offered me Gold for 1 year with 4.32 lacs limit no fees but I didn't take the bait after studying the rewards redemption & finally grabbed the dibers millrnia when offered. I understood Gold only had airport lounge acces.
@sunit123 I just realised they didn't give ₹1500 voucher for approval without taking hdfc employee help that they show on all credit card banners. ₹750 I received was for spend based offer
