Missing gift card from Hdfc for educational payment

In June month I got this offer,It was written any educational payment above 30k using milenia/platinum debit card will be eligible for 1000 gift voucher from Amazon.
I did make a payment of 42000 using my milenia debit card. It was the addmission fee of IIT Kanpur (of my friend),so I think I am eligible for reward.I have the transaction details.
But have not got any voucher till now.Now where to make complaint before escalating to RBI.As it is not related to credit card,is their any other email id ?

Why don’t I get such offers? What is your age according to the account details?

And to answer your question, you must’ve gotten the voucher already on or before 31st Sept. If you didn’t get it, maybe check the MCC tagged to your transaction.
If it indeed turns out to be education MCC, just shoot a mail to normal grievance mail.
