Missing Neu coins

I just wanted to understand how many of us using the Tata Neu app (bonus if using the infinity card also) actually check the statement to see if the right amount of coins are credited or not?

I recently completed a Taj booking, checkout done too. Been over a week, no coins credited. I called their customer support, they say these should have come by 4 days ago, we've raise an internal ticket. Not sure if I'll get anything or not.

Based on this speculation I checked my flight bookings (I use Tata Neu for booking flights regularly) and I haven't gotten any coins for my completed flight last month. Now the extra hassle for raising request for this.

Back to my question:

How many of us actually check coins credited or not?
What's the escalation mechanism if not credited and has anyone ever gotten coins post escalation?

So for most of the purchases you either get the neucoins as unlocking when you make the payment or the order gets delivered. So I just check the neu coin statement at these two times.

The escalation matrix would be to just contact the chat support or on the email "customercare@tataneu.com" and on X by tagging Tata Neu as there cannot be any third party involvement like RBI. In worst case you can go to Consumer Court.

And yes you will not get any reward if you use coins for redemption
