MMT Hotel Voucher for booking via Smartbuy

Where to find MMT Hotel voucher after booking via Smartbuy ? I can easliy download the Smartbuy E-tcket but I want specifically Hotel Voucher from MMT. Where can I find it online ? Do I always need to call MMT SMartbuy Customer Care for it ? Cant I get it online ?

Try contacting MMT support first, if it doesn't work out, contact MMT smartbuy customer care.

I am looking to book hotel at Smartbuy MMT Biz portal https://offers.smartbuy.hdfcbank.com/business using business BizPower CC.

The hotel I am looking for for on smartbuy is a MMT one.

Now my query is, in MakemyTrip website/app, we have to provide details or accompanying guests and we can add details. But on smartbuy it asks for Primary Guest details and we can't enter other guest details anywhere.

So will I be allowed at hotel with such booking or I need to provide details of every guest beforehand. I know I need to contact MMT in this case or maybe smartbuy MMT care. But only asking if there is a problem with this or not. In past we only had to mention the primary person making the booking or entering the hotel.

I have booked hotels on MMT via Smartbuy many times while only providing the details of primary guest and always have been allowed to enter with other guests after providing their ids when checking in. Make sure you book the room for correct number of guests though.
Do you have a doubt on this because of any specific or special reason or is your booking any special case from your perspective?

Shouldn't have any issue. Just enter primary guest details and proceed

No bro, nothing special. Just a normal booking for family. I am not going so don't want them to face any hassles regarding same at hotel.

In past I used MMT only when GVs came for milestones and as I said they ask to fill guest details. So I was skeptical about being done from smartbuy where you don't have any option to do so.

In past from smartbuy never faced such issues at hotel and providing primary details correct details was enough. So just wanted to confirm whether anything changed?

You are not required to enter guest details. Only lead passenger name is required at the time of booking (make sure to choose the correct number of adults/ child per room while making the booking). For eg. If you select 2 adults and make the booking, the voucher will reflect xx (lead passenger name)+1. You will not face any problem at the hotel.

So from @Ash8 and @canitin response I've booked it from smartbuy. Paid 50% via points and rest 50% via Bizpower card for 20 Pts per 150. Cash conversion was 20 paisa per point only which I am avoiding on brother's acc.

So at 50 paisa per point convertion rate for hotel booking, it was steal.
