Mobikwik Electricity Bill Advance Payment for BSES

Has anyone tried doing advance payment for BSES via mobikwik? Any other way to do advance payment via DC or UPI?

Wanted to do enough payment to ensure bill is less than 15K so i can pay it using Amazon Pay.

Did this via Mobikwik and BSES Rajdhani website itself (using both payment gateways) and it reflected on the bill as Arrears
