Offer Fulfilled! Mobikwik giving 250 cashback on wallet load via CC

Mobikwik sent a notification saying flat 250 cashback on wallet load via any CC. Min amount is 15k. But issue is, in the notification it says FLAT 250 whereas in the load page when applying code it says UPTO. Which one is it?

If anyone has tried, please confirm. Don't want to risk getting 1-2rs cashback...
