Mobikwik KYC Users Unable to Pay Credit Bills Over 20k with Debit Card: Payment Limitation Issue

I attempted to make a payment of 25k using my HDFC debit card on Mobikwik, but a popup appeared indicating "You can only transact upto 20k with this card". Even when I tried with my SBI card, the same issue persisted. Despite having a full KYC account on Mobikwik, I am still encountering this problem. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue or confirmation if others are also facing the same problem.

This is a known limitation. With debit card yiu can pay max 20k per transaction, but you can do multiple transactions.

It is applicable for HDFC platinum cards only. Not for all debit cards

Have you tried with MC Debit card? Coz I'm using HDFC MC Debit card and CC payment of above 20k are allowed in MobiKwik.

After 24 hours, it is 20k per transaction. You can do multiple transactions.

have been crediting for me with incomplete kyc.. but they write in every tnc that they won't

You guys were correct, I could do multiple transactions, each one upto 20K today.
