Money received from Canada will come in AIS?

Bhagwan apke jaisa dost sabko de....On serious note, you need to declare any foreign income in your ITR....It will not reflect in AIS but you need to declare....If it is gift then you need to declare it as a gift. Gift from friend is taxable in India.

Also to add that you cannot hide this income as India has DTAA treaty with Canada so all the transactions are reported to ITD

He should definitely declare it. However, DTAA doesn’t mean all transactions are reported. Could you please share a source for this claim?

Few years back before covid, i forgot to declare my inward remittance in my ITR unintentionally...I received IT notice and i met my AO...He told me that ITD receive details of all the transactions from the foreign countries who have DTAA with India
