Money withdraw internationally

Currently I am travelling to Thailand and planning to go to Laos.
My Niyo card has stopped all of a sudden and now all I have is axis Magnus card.
1. I need 200$ around money. Should I try to transfer the amount from India or should I withdraw using the credit card .
2. Also want to do some purchase of electronics and all. For around let's say 50k. How much Forex and other fees will be there? And how I can reduce this?

Withdrawing using credit card would be expensive, you will have to pay
1. Cash Withdrawal Charges
2. Interest - Charged from the day you withdraw at approximately 42% per annum
3. Forex conversion fee @2% +GST

4. No reward points
Better take cash

Magnus standard Forex fees is 2%+GST if you swipe . For 50k, that's around 1090 .
