More than one rupay select credit card

Are we allowed to register more than 1 rupay select credit card?i already have 1 from pnb and now want to add a debit card which is also rupay select.

for debit card and credit card, there are different portals to login, I have both so far no problems.

Can you please give me the separate links to the portals. The one I am registering to is giving me the following error:
"User already exists with the given Mobile number or Email id"

You need to register the card on a different email ID ans can not link multiple cards together as of now. I had asked Rupay & PNB the same question and got the following answer.
