Recently, my uncle wrote a few cheques from HDFC bank for various purposes. Three of those cheques were presented on Nov 7th, Nov 10th, and Nov 15th respectively. All the cheques were returned with same error - IMAGE NOT CLEAR PLEASE PRESENT AGAIN. One cheque was deposited in SBI, one in BOB, and I'm unaware about the third one.
My uncle is a businessman and he has to write cheques daily. He has never faced this issue with any other banks but only in HDFC that too recently. Has anyone else faced this problem before? What can be done in this case and what's the procedure?
