Multiple rejections from HSBC, HDFC, Axis and Indusind. How to get my first CC

I have a salary acc with HSBC (~12 LPA pa) and therefore applied for HSBC Live+ but it was rejected without any reasoning
Similarly, got turned down by HDFC, axis and IndusInd when I applied online, almost instantly without any reason being given
I have a FD card from IDFC (~3 months old) and cibil of 754 (but with 8 hard enquiries in 5 months)
What should I do? I want any CC to at least get started
Any guidance will be appreciated

Open your salary a/c elsewhere, Axis gives cards per-approved in around 6-9 month of a/c opening.
HDFC used to give Moneyback with salary a/c without even applying (pre- 2020)
Also consult with your RM, and most importantly stop applying new cards!

Tip: for application visit the branch which is there in your industrial complex.

Thanks for the suggestions. I recently opened an Acc with HDFC in the same hopes
Axis had a higher AMB requirement. Let's see if HDFC offers any pre-approved card anytime soon
