My axis magnus still at application received state

I applied for Magnus card on 23-Feb-2023. I applied in their online portal.
I can see it is still at application received state. Generally how many days does it take to start processing the application? Is there a way to cancel and apply as c2c or take help from community members here, and make it quick?

I'm in the same boat. Submitted docs with C2C on 25/02 and yet awaiting further updates.

Their tracker does not reflect the real situation. So wait a few days more and see if there is any movement

I got SMS of saying application is rejected. But in online cc tracker,application status is showing details not available.

The application tracker on the website doesn't get updated regularly. Just follow the instructions received on the mail or message. usually Axis bank takes 21 working days for the process of the application. If it doesn't get approved within 21 working dates system automatically closes the application. But in Axis bank there is no cool down period, so you can apply again immediately.

There is no way you can cancel. Catch some RM from the bank or agent from whom you applied

Suggest to write to their customer support team and still if you don't get proper resolution then escalate it to PNO.

well, my application has been rejected!

Find out the reason for rejection and try to apply again after sorting out you will get it.
