My Cash back of ICICI Amazon credit card is on hold

I got a message from ICICI bank that "Dear Customer,the credit of reward points for ICICI Bank Card XXxxxx is on hold as transactions are being investigated. If the transactions are not for commercial use,it will be credited within 15 working days."

I used to pay electric bills from the credit card and the monthly transaction is around 21lakhs now my cash back of 21k is on hold will I get the cash back or I will not get anything. Please help me out as I have to pay electricity bill over 50-70lakhs per months of various consumer and I want to earn from it.

Looks like you are not using it for personal use and ICICI is aware of that now. hehe

Same issue here. They blocked my card after I used it to pay electricity bill of ₹1 crore for my whole town. They haven't even given my entitled cashback of ₹2 Lakhs yet! Really bad bank! 😡
