My Fi money(federal bank) bank account got frozen for No reason.

My fi money bank account got frozen for No reason and I got a mail from fi that there's a complaint against me, and I need to contact cyber department but they're not picking calls and I send them a mail, please help me regarding this

Yes but it was a unit transaction and nothing suspicious and I even mailed to the cyber department
