My Indigo 6E Rewards struggles!

Back in August my Indigo 6e rewards went missing on the website. But when I called the customer care they reinstated them in a few days.

But this time, they had been removed again from my account a few days before the BlueChip product launch. Upon enquiry they then said - please try after a few days.

I had to do a full revenue booking lately because of this.

And once the BlueChip programme launched I called the indigo customer care back more than a few times.

But their service is so bad:

- the regular agents do not know anything about 6e rewards. Only a specific team deals with that topic.

- this team works only during day and despite me trying to reach to them it has just been impossible

- the regular agents promise to arrange a call back once the 6e team gets free but it never happens.

- they how also have a dedicated team to deal with the BlueChip programme enquiries but that team has no clue about 6e rewards

- there's absolutely no way to even escalate the issue within indigo

THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE from indigo. Firstly I do not understand why they can't answer a simple question as to what happened to my 6e rewards. On the top of that, they just do not seem to care of my situation at all and keep ignoring all my requests for help.

Does anybody know a way to escalate this issue? Please share if you do!
