my one card application is stuck on kya page

Hi all,

need help with my onecard which I had applied 45+ days ago applied for one card metal credit card
Card approved with a limit of 1L.

After that video kyc call, Next screen "your kya approval is currently under verification," why am i stuck on this screen.
from past 45+ days . and I am unable to reach Customer support from my registered phone number too.
and there is no response for my emails response
