My SBI Cashback credit card application got rejected after approval

My SBI Cashback credit card application got approved first and got rejected later without any reason. How to find the reason for rejection?
I received the msg stating it will be dispatched in 5 days and after 2 days I received the rejection msg.

As per my knowledge you can have more than 1 sbi cc.

Didn't receive any satisfactory answer. It was autogenerated mail stating that the decision is final.
