I ordered a earbuds in myntra, but a refurbished product delivered. But after exchanged more than three time, same use or refurbished product delivered.
Please 🙏 🙏 help me what I do .
Product was not return policy. If I exchanged same thing happened.
Customer care not giving good response .

Then place for refund via customer service by calling them or go to brand service centre & if they replace it

Thats what seller are doing with replacements form past 2 years! Fk is infamous for it, now amazon official sellers also doing this.

High value items are fabricated, duplicate or may have no items at all. so always record video while unboxing .
