Need little help.
I order a product on 21st April, original date of delivery was 2nd May. I started following up with myntra from 30th April they even created a Incident for the same.
Post that whenever I did follow up they always said that they will respond in 24-48 hours. Till now there are no update on it.
Today I raised a Grievance in consumer helpline portal.

- What will be the next step? I already provided myntra with grievance number.
- Does lodging a complain in consumer helpline will help?
