Duplicate debit transaction on Google Pay Axis Ace credit card.
Done single mobile recharge txn of Rs 250.90 (including Gpay processing fees) but Axis Mobile app transaction statement reflecting two different transactions with different reference nos. Unable to raise dispute. Raised issue with Axis support team, who said wait till duplicate debit transaction gets processed...it will get resolved automatically or raise dispute after settlement. Beware! Some back-end issues with Axis still persists. Bad experience.
