National Common Mobility Card (for Bangalore) Registration Failed

Hi
I tried to register myself in the link AGS Card Management. (https://nammametro.ongo.co.in/) to obtain National Common Mobility Card issued by RBL bank in RuPay platform. I received the message that I am already a user of RBL prepaid card. I have only Zomato card with RBL bank and on my visit to bank they also confirmed the same. I tried to check with ongo help desk but they dont have sufficient information.
Any one facing the same issue or find a trick.

Today I received call back from RBL Bank and informing me that the Zomato Edition Credit card itself NCMC card and thats the reason the registration was failed. They took the closure request of the same.

RBL Card successfully closed but still I am getting the error that Customer already Exists when I tried to register myself for NCMC card for Bangalore Metro.

What's the advantage of this card compared to the metro card?

My guess (by name) the card will be used across all formats (bus, metro, local trains) to buy tkts..

I mean, currently only metro supports it, and none other mode of transport support it.

Correct me if i am wrong.

The whole idea is Card would be accepted across public transportation.
It should work in Delhi and Other metro networks as well(That's what I have heard)

It works for all buses and metro in Mumbai

I am currently talking about only Bangalore.

I beleive it shoud work across the country. but as of now atleast it should work within the city...

Currently as per my knowledge, buses of bangalore don't accept this card.

Continuation with the thread. Raised issue with RBL nodal, I was informed that the number whatever registered will be removed (as I closed all my cards, wallets) from their database and I could register after Sept 15th. Still my registration failed. Is there any way that we can find what are the wallets/prepaid cards linked with our mobile.
