I am having NCMC issue with the Indian Bank rupay debit card. I topped up 400 ₹ in the indsmart app, then claimed the topup on the card topup terminal machine. It reflected properly on the card.
Then I paid 18 ₹ for a trip. And recharged 1000 ₹ using the app. But that balance claim/ sync/ update was timing out. The operator told me to try later.
Now app is showing 1400 - 18 INR, but card is only showing 400-18 INR. I tried balance update multiple times but to no avail.. it shows last recharge amount 0.
So i tried ₹ 1 topup. and it updated successfully on the card. the card is showing 400 - 18 + 1 = 483. But app is showing 1400 - 18 + 1 = 1483.
How can i retrieve this 1000 ₹ ? The bank staff doesn't control this. the metro operator told me to "complain online"
