Need a fuel credit card

Guys, need a fuel card but I use it from 2 different stations.
For my work vehicle I use IndianOil and for my home vehicle I use BPCL. Which card to take (should be universal)
Spends IndianOil - Rs. 2500 pm and Spends on BPCL - Rs. 500 pm. Monthly spends on CC 15-20k using only one card, APay ICICI. Limit - 30k (if that helps)

HDFC IOCL is good option but it rewards only for Iocl spends. It gives 4.8% reward rate on fuel spends. You can do some other stuff like grocery shopping and get the same reward rate.
