I need help to recover my HDFC Core card (Millennia) credit limit which I had unintentionally assigned to Pixel Play.
I'll explain more about on the cards I hold and the relation I have with HDFC followed by the issue I'm facing.
I'm an Imperia Customer and hold Millennia and TN Infinity with a shared CL of INR 4.18L. This is my salary account and I also have a FYF upgrade to Regalia Gold which I have not applied for, due to lack of interest in this card.
On Monday I got a notification on my payzapp app stating that Pixel Play is being offered as LTF. I instantly initiated the application process, through the course of this, I got a CIBIL enquiry and card got approved. Next step was to assign limit to the Pixel Play card from either of my two existing cards. Since an enquiry was already pulled, I had no option other than moving forward with the application. I wanted to retain the CL on my Millennia and hence decided to assign 1.5L from TN Infinity and retain 2.68L on it. There were no cautions mentioned regarding floater/shared cards this in during the application process.
However, in two days when I checked my NetBanking app, it showed that both my card limits have dropped down to 2.68L which was quite unintentional. I immediately reached out to escalation.cc but they say they are helpless. I was atleast asking them for a restructure of CL Like some 0.18L on pixel and remaining 4L on the core card. They say it is against their company policy and are helpless again. Not sure if it is due to lack of interest or other. Same is the response from my imperia RM who is useless in terms of banking support and only calls for investment/FD advices.
I have dropped a mail to greviance team and am currently waiting their response.
Could you guys please suggest me a way to restore my CL on Core card as I have been building it in a positive way since I've begun my CC journey and is painful to see 1.5L of it being washed away due to lack of clarity from HDFC Digital application team.
