Need Amazon Pay ICICI credit card, have Coral card already.

Hi there,
I applied for a Coral card in May 2022 and got approved with a limit of 1L. I'm using that card quite well but haven't seen the option to get the Amazon pay card.

I don't have a savings account in ICICI.

Also there's no upgrade available in the iMobile app for other ICICI cards like MMT.

In my brother's case, he got hpcl coral card and one day he tried applying for Amazon Pay card and it only asked for his mobile number then OTP and then last 4 digits of the existing card.
Is this because he has a ICICI savings account?

My application is stuck here for more than a week now.

VKYC completed.

Checked with customer care and they are not giving proper response.

Any suggestions???

What happens if you click on click here to complete vkyc? If again vkyc process is starting then i think your last kyc was not successful same happened with me while applying for bob completed vkyc 2 times. Else you can try mailing ICICI maybe they will help

No it doesn't. As per customer care, VKYC is approved and they are asking me to wait for atleast 25-30 days for any update (since this was not a pre-approved credit card).

Found it weird so thought of checking with everyone on this community.

Mine was approved within a week I also didn't get any pre-approved offer

Bhai mail to higher department of icici these customer care agents don't have any idea. They will maybe help you
